If you are a CURRENT family (applying for a new sibling), please use your My BackPack User Name and Password to login to the online application. If you have forgotten your User Name or Password, please click on the "I forgot my User Name/Password" link and the information will be emailed to you.

If you are a NEW family, who has not already completed an application, please create a User Name and Password by clicking on the Create an Account button.  Once you create an account, you can begin the application process. You can also review all the application requirements and check to see if all documents are received.

If you are a NEW family, with an application in progress, please sign in using the User Name and Password you established when filling out your application. If you have forgotten your User Name or Password, please click on the "I forgot my User Name/Password" link and the information will be emailed to you.
